Terms of service

1. Who we are

clinickit (“we”, “us”) is operated by Sassi Lev, founder and owner, based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Business address: Leonardo da Vinci 14, Tel Aviv 6473118, Israel. “clinickit” is the brand name of the service and may change.

2. What the service is

A subscription library of written prompt templates (“kits”) and related guidance for aesthetic clinics. The service does not run artificial intelligence, does not generate content for you, and does not publish or send anything on your behalf. You copy a personalized prompt into a third-party AI tool of your choice, which is governed by that tool’s own terms.

3. Your responsibilities

• You review, edit and approve every draft before publishing or sending it.
• You enter only accurate, verified information about your clinic.
• You do not enter patient information, patient images or treatment records anywhere on the service.
• You are responsible for compliance with the advertising, licensing, consumer-protection, privacy and messaging laws that apply to your clinic, including state medical board rules and federal and state rules on marketing messages.
• One membership is for one clinic and one user. Sharing login details is not permitted.

4. Membership and billing

Membership is billed in advance each month and renews automatically until canceled, at the rate shown at checkout when you join ($39/month during founding enrollment, which ends on November 30, 2026; $79/month afterwards). An active subscription keeps the rate it started at. Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout. Price changes for existing members take effect only after at least 30 days’ written notice.

5. Cancellation and access

You may cancel at any time from your account. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for and then ends. Failed payments pause access until payment succeeds. See the Billing and refund policy for refunds.

6. Content license

Kits and sample outputs are licensed to you for use in marketing your own clinic while your membership is active. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the kits themselves, or use them to build a competing library. Text you write using the kits is yours.

7. No professional advice; no guarantees

The service provides writing templates only. It is not medical, legal, regulatory or marketing advice, and we make no promise about bookings, revenue, engagement or any business outcome.

8. Liability and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and disputes about them or about the service are heard by the courts of Tel Aviv. Provisions on limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, indemnity and any state-specific consumer matters are being finalized with qualified counsel and will be added here before this draft is approved.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email to members at least 30 days before they take effect.
