Follow up on an unanswered inquiry
Re-open a conversation politely and once, on a channel the person has already used or opted into, and stop cleanly if they do not respond.
You answered the question. Then nothing. Perhaps the person got busy, or booked elsewhere, or simply forgot. A week later the thread is still sitting there, and someone at the desk wonders whether to try again.
The risk runs both ways. Some clinics never follow up, so a person who meant to reply hears nothing more. Others send two or three nudges on whatever channel is handy, and that starts to feel like pressure. There is a separate question too: a text to someone who only ever sent you a DM may be a message they never agreed to receive. Confirm with your own advisor what permission you need on each channel.
This kit is built for one polite follow-up and a clean stop. You summarize what the person asked and what you replied, in general terms, with no names or health details. You pick the channel and state why you can message them there: they contacted you first on it, or they opted in to follow-ups in writing. If you are not sure, choose the unclear option and the kit tells you not to send. Days since your last message and a booking method are optional. You get a message of 40 to 80 words, a shorter variant and a version for a second permitted channel. If that gets no answer, leave it there.
What you get
- 1 follow-up message for the chosen channel (40-80 words)
- 1 shorter variant (under 30 words)
- 1 variant for a second permitted channel
- 1 'do not send' notice when permission is unclear
Details you will fill in
Your clinic profile (name, location, services, voice, audience) is added automatically. This kit also asks for:
- What the person originally asked, and what you replied
- Channel for the follow-up
- Why you are allowed to message this person on this channel
- Days since your last message (optional)
- How this person can book or reply (optional)
